The Subcouncil Manager informed the meeting that the two line Department officials that were invited to the meeting submitted apologies Mr Paul van der Schyff of Energy has been admitted to hospital on the morning the Subcouncil meeting day and Mr Ian Davids of Human Settlement is attending GAP Analysis Workshop he promised to arrange a Superintendent to attend the meeting. However no representative from the specific Line department attended the meeting. The Subcouncil Chairperson asked that Departments with high levels of C3 notifications to be engaged and invited to future Subcouncil meetings. The Subcouncil members NOTED the information.
