a)That Subcouncil 4 SUPPORTS the extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday trading, for off consumption: Ultra liquors Goodwood, erf 22386 & 27457, Shop 3, Goodwood Mall, Voortrekker Road, Goodwood, Licence Reference Number WCP/002732.
b)Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.
c)Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
