Subcouncil 4 does NOT SUPPORT the application for the extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00 Monday to Saturday trading for off-consumption premises in respect of 5th Avenue liquors, erf 8448, 61 5th Avenue, Ravensmead, liquor licence reference number WCP/037416 due to the following:
•The ID that forms part of the application is not that of the liquor licence holder and the applicant and therefore it is regarded as misrepresentation by the applicant.
•The granting of the Liquor Licence will negatively affect the general interest of the public as per Section 24 of the Western Cape Liquor Act, 2008
