That Subcouncil 12 REFUSES the application for a liquor licence received from De La Ray Seat Liquors, for the extension of trading days and hours- Monday to Saturday from 18:00 to 20:00 for Consumption OFF Premises, Reference No WCP/037238, ERF 33895, No. 20 De La Ray Crescent Eastridge, Mitchell’s Plain for the following reasons:-
