a) Subcouncil 4 resolves to RECOMMEND and SUPPORT the application for extension of liquor trading hours from 18:00 to 20:00, Monday to Saturday trading for OFF CONSUMPTION: Pick n Pay Retailers (WCP 011840) Goodwood, N1 City: Shop U28A, N1 City Mall, Louwtjie Rothman Street, Vasco Boulevard & Frans Conradie Avenue, Goodwood.
b) Should complaints be received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons, these will be investigated and may result in the extended trading hours being withdrawn.
c) Any complaints received concerning noise and/or unruly behaviour of patrons will also be referred to the Western Cape Liquor Authority and may jeopardise the renewal of the liquor license.
