(a) That the progressive capital expenditure report as at the end of May 2017, BE NOTED;
(b) That the concerns shared by the Councillors regarding the ineffectiveness of the security company employed at the Nomzamo Community Hall, as well as the fact that various keys to the hall were handed out by the security company, BE DISCUSSED with the facility manager.
