27/06/17: A site visit at Erf 115 was conducted prior to the special meeting.
Mr Greg September was present for the discussion of this item.
The Chairperson stressed the importance that a building inspector should ensure that the height departure granted is adhered to once building commences at the site.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that: The application for the departure and consent for Erf 115 Clifton BE APPROVED in terms of of Section 15(1) (b) of the Land Use Planning Ordinance, 1985 (Ordinance 15 of 1985) and Section 6.1(b) of the Cape Town Zoning Scheme subject to the condition in Annexure A attached to the report.

After discussion, Subcouncil 16 agreed as follows:
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the application for a permanent departure and consent use in respect of Erf 115, 284 Kloof Road, Clifton BE DEFERRED to allow an on-site inspection
