After discussion, the recommendation for approval was put to the vote by show of hands, and votes were recorded as follows:
8 - in favour of application
1 - against application.
RESOLVED that for the reasons as contained in the report, the application for subdivision of Erf 439, Camps Bay, into two (2) portions, BE APPROVED in terms of transitional arrangements in the new Cape Town Zoning Scheme Regulations, subject to the conditions contained in annexure A attached to the report.
