After discussion, Subcouncil 16 supported the recommendation as reflected in the report.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that for the reasons as contained in the report:
a)The application for departures set on Erf 666, Camps Bay, as set out in the annexure A attached to the report, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 2.3.1 of the Cape Town Zoning Scheme Regulations.
b)The application for approval of Council for Erf 666, Camps Bay, to erect a second dwelling on the property, as set out in the annexure A attached to the report, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 2.3.1 of the Cape Town Zoning Scheme Regulations.
