After discussion, Subcouncil 16 supported the recommendations as reflected in the report.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that for the reasons as contained in the report:
a) the subdivision in respect of Erf 471, 2 Avenue Marina, Bantry Bay (as indicated on the Subdivision Plan, Annexure D1 attached to the report), BE APPROVED in terms of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached to the report.
b) the departures in respect of Erf 471, 2 Avenue Marina, Bantry Bay BE APPROVED in terms of the Land Use Planning Ordinance 15 of 1985 subject to conditions contained in Annexure A attached to the report.
