The meeting was informed that a Budget meeting would be held at the Alphen Centre on the 11 April at 7pm as part of the public participation process.
It was AGREED that Cllr Gillion Bosman would collate the councillor’s comments and submit it to the Subcouncil Manager, for onward submission to IDP department.
