An interview was granted for the applicant, Mr Gert de Wet of Arc Architects on behalf of the owner and objector, Ms Linda Symons. The interview was declined by both the applicant and objector.
Mr Gregory September briefed the meeting as to the report.
After discussion, Subcouncil 16 supported the recommendation as
reflected in the report.
UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a) for the reasons as contained in the report, the application for building line departure for Erf 2105, Oranjezicht, 7 Invermark Crescent, as set out in Annexure A attached to the report, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 15 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance, No 15 of 1985
b) the following condition be added:
“Prior to building plans submission, the owner shall present prove of compliance with the title deed (in respect of the percentage built-on area)”.
