Mr Greg September represented the Land Use Management Department. UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that: a) The departure applied for from Section 5.1.2 (f)(iii) of the Scheme Regulations in respect of Erf 994, 8 Roseberry Avenue, Oranjezicht and as referred to in Annexure A attached to the report, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 15 of the Land Use Planning Ordinance b) The entire foregoing decision be suspended until such time as the period for lodging an appeal in terms of Section 62 of the Local Government Municipal Systems Act No.32 of 2000 has lapsed or any such appeal lodged has been decided.
