Mr Gregory September briefed the meeting as to the report. After discussion, Subcouncil 16 agreed as follows: UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that the application for departures and Council consent in terms of the Land Use Planning Ordinance no. 15 of 1985: Erf 38, No. 75 Victoria Road, Bantry Bay BE DEFERRED to allow an on-site inspection. Note: Subsequent to the meeting, this application, which in any event is recommended for refusal by the Planning Department, was WITHDRAWN officially by the applicant. See attached email dated 22 Nov 2016 from Mr Tommy Brummer – Addendum A1. There is therefore no need for a site visit or further discussion of this item.
