Resolution details

The Chairperson, Ald S Rossouw enquired whether apologies were received from Councillors via the office of the Chief Whip.

The Subcouncil Manager, Mr F Monk advised that he received any apology from Cllr P Van Der Ross.

In addition, added that Cllr G Classen resigned from the ACDP as a Councillor and is awaiting formal correspondence from Ms C Overmeyer: UM Support Services.

Mr F Monk: Subcouncil 18 Manager stated that he received apologies from Mr G Rigby due to a medical appointment; Ms S Parker: Road and Infrastructure Management (RIM) due to ill health and Ms M Adams: Recreation and Park being on annual leave.

He added that Mr W Okkers will be represented by Commander M Carollisen: Fire and Rescue Services.
