UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An administrative penalty of R 2 000.00 (±0.5% of the maximum amount that may be charged) BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised house shop on a portion of Erf 24826, Mitchells Plain, in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure B.
b. An administrative penalty of R 3 000.00 (±1% of the maximum amount that may be charged) BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised structure used as a house shop on Erf 24826, Mitchells Plain, in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure B.
