UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. An administrative penalty of R 2 500.00 (±3% of the maximum amount that may be charged) BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised house shop in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) in respect of Erf 2305 Blue Downs, as per the contravention plan attached as Annexure B.
b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R 1 000.00 (±1% of the maximum amount that may be charged) BE DETERMINED for the unauthorised building work in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) in respect of Erf 2305 Blue Downs, as per the contravention plan attached as Annexure B.
