RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application in respect of Erf 6378, Bellville for consent use to permit the operation of a guest house, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application in respect of Erf 6378, Bellville for permanent departure from the 3m western common boundary building line setback to 1.57m to permit the guest house additions, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application in respect of Erf 6378, Bellville for permanent departure from the 4m height restriction within the 3m common boundary setback to 4.595m, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Additional Condition
2.6 Landscaping
2.6.1 That a landscaping plan be submitted for approval by the authorised official, showing vegetation on the property frontage and on the road verge in order to soften the impact on the streetscape. The approved Landscaping plan shall be implemented prior to occupation.
