Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the Amendment of title deed condition and the place of instruction (crèche) as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 852, Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for Consent use in terms of the Development Management Scheme, on Erf 852, Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, with conditions as set out in in Annexure A.

c. The application for City Approval in terms of the Development Management Scheme, on Erf 852, Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, with conditions as set out in in Annexure A.

d. The application for Permanent departure terms of the Development Management Scheme, on Erf 852, Pinelands BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, with conditions as set out in in Annexure A.

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

Annexure A
Amend condition 2.1 as follows:
2.1 The place of instruction (crèche) shall not exceed 25 learners up to 6 years old

Delete condition 2.4 to 2.6

Add new condition 2.4 as follows:
2.4 Operating times of the crèche shall be between 07:00 and 17:00 Mondays to Fridays, to ensure no activities and functions take place over weekends
