UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for consolidation, as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 1499 and Erf 3170 Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
b. The application for removal of title deed conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 1499 and Erf 3170 Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure D, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
c. The application for removal of deemed land use conditions, as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 1499 and Erf 3170 Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure D, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
d. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, on Remainder Erf 1499 and Erf 3170 Camps Bay BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, in accordance with the plan indicated in Annexure D, subject to the conditions contained in the attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report and agreed to add reason 7.1.13 as follows:
7.1.13 The departures granted are of a minor nature and will not result in a negative impact on neighbouring properties.
