UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:

The application for Subdivision of erf 2101, Bakkershoogte, (Portion 1: 500m2 and Remainder: 1088m2) in terms of Section 42(d) of the City of Cape Town Planning By-Law, 2015 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town, Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 and subject to conditions as listed in Annexure A

REASONS FOR DECISION

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

Annexure A:
Correct condition 2.9 as follows:
2.9 That a plan of all the existing services be submitted to the Water & Sanitation Department, by the developer and that any of the services that need to be relocated, be done by the developer at his cost to the satisfaction of the Water & Sanitation Department. Should the developer require the Council to relocate the services, the cost thereof as determined by the Water & Sanitation Department, shall be payable by the developer in advance.
