UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
The application for consolidation of Erven 1700, Re/305, Re/306, 1718 and 1757 Sea Point East, as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A

REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reason set out in the Planner’s Report

Annexure A:
Correct condition 2.1.1(e) as follows:
2.1.1(e) A detailed landscaping plan, which shall be generally in accordance with drawings numbered 01-130424-1 and the associated plan lists (13 pages), all dated 13/03/2024 and prepared by Contours Design Studio (as attached as part of Annexure C2).

Correct condition 2.2.1 as follows:
2.2.1. The developer at his cost provides all internal and link services required, to the satisfaction of Council, prior to transfer of individual units or utilization of the building for approval by the authorised official.

Correct condition 2.2.2 as follows:
2.2.2. All existing/obsolete vehicular accesses or CWCs to the property be closed and reinstated to full kerb height.
