After extensive discussion, the MPTSW Panel agreed that the application BE REFERRED BACK so that City departments with an interest in the application can meet as soon as possible with a view to aligning their positions on the development proposal, inclusive of identifying cogent reasons for possibly deviating from the provisions of the Cape Flats District Plan 2023. .
