An administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 32089 Cape Town at Rosebank, for the unauthorised building work as shown on plan drawn by Avril Jason Architectural Technologist, with drawing number BET0224.1, revision B, dated 18 June 2024.
