An administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 3446 Constantia for the unlawful building work and land use contravention in the form of a second dwelling as shown on the plan drawn by W+N Architecture with project number 18 001, drawing number CS 02, revision 01, dated 18 February 2024.
