RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
An administrative penalty in the amount of R30 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 4055 Simons Town with regard to the unauthorised building work, as indicated on the plan drawn by Trevor Abbott Architecture, with drawing number 2022/05/101, revision F, dated April 2022.
