An administrative penalty in the amount of R15 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 12955 Fish Hoek, for the unauthorised medical consulting rooms as shown on the plan drawn by Active Planning Solutions, with ref number APS/12955/DAP_ex, dated September 2023.
