An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 88745 Cape Town at St James, for the unauthorised removal of a tree as shown on plan drawn by Erica McGilton, with drawing number 88745 – 24 – 01, dated 23 May 2024.
