Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for rezoning of Erf 155102 Cape Town at Kalk Bay from Single Residential Zone 1 to Local Business Zone 2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for consent to permit a restaurant on Erf 155102 Cape Town at Kalk Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

c. The application for Council’s approval, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 155102 Cape Town at Kalk Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

d. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 155102 Cape Town at Kalk Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

Annexure A (ii) amended as follows:

1.4 The following departures from the Development Management Scheme:

(ii) Item 56(a): To permit a floor factor of 1.53 in lieu of 1.
