Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit a guest house on Erf 4667 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the conditions as set out in Annexure A.

b. The application for approval in terms of Item 162 of the Development Management Scheme, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 4667 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to the condition as set out in Annexure A.
c. The application for departures, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 4667 Simon’s Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

Annexure A

Note: That the unauthorized air-conditioning units on the building be referred to the land use enforcement section for investigation and appropriate enforcement action.
