RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for Rezoning of Erf 150149 Cape Town from Community Zone 1 (CO1) to Subdivisional Area Overlay Zone to allow Single Residential 2 Zone, Open Space 2 Zone, Utility Zone and Transport Zone 2, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
b. The application for Subdivision of Erf 150149 Cape Town, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with subdivision plan referenced “Job:21.209 ; Fig 5.6 Prosub6” dated September 2022, attached hereto as Annexure C, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application for Permanent departures, as set out in Annexure A attached hereto, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with plan referenced “Job:21.209 ; Fig 5.1 Prosub6 (SDP)” dated September 2022, attached hereto as Annexure C1, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
Amended Condition
2.1.1 The subdivision, including street naming and street numbers, shall be implemented generally in accordance with the plan of subdivision, drawn by JONO Trust, dated September 2022, attached hereto as Annexure C.
