Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for rezoning of Erf 101213, Cape Town from Community Zone (CO1) to Subdivisional Area Overlay Zone as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A attached hereto.
b. The application for the subdivision of Erf 101213, Cape Town into 117 portions as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION:

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the planner’s report, and added an additional reason that reads as follows:

7.15. That the landscaping plan ensured that the trees to be removed will be compensated for.
