Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for the amendment of title deed condition in terms of section 42(g) and 42(j) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1490, Vredehoek, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for the deletion of title deed conditions in terms of section 42(g) and 42(j) of the Municipal Planning By-Law as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1490, Vredehoek BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

c. The application for permanent departures in terms section 42(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, on Erf 1490, Vredehoek BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, with conditions as set out in in Annexure A.
