b. The application for a permanent departure for proposed proposed pergola encroaching the 2.5m common building line to 0m adjacent to erf 14613 Somerset West BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 14614 Somerset west
c. The application for amendment of the approved site development plan for residential additions (stairs, toilet, storage and pergolas) BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 on erf 14614 Somerset West.
