Resolution details

UNANIMOUSLY RESOLVED that:
a. The application for permanent departure, in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, on Erf 29321 Blue Downs, 33 Le Roux Street, as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in accordance with the Site Development Plan depicted in Annexure C.

b. The application for amendment of condition to permit the amendment of a Site Development Plan, in terms of Section 98(b) of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law 2015, on Erf 29321 Blue Downs, 33 Le Roux Street, as set out in Annexure A BE APPROVED in accordance with the Site Development Plan depicted in Annexure C.
