a. The application for regulation departure from the DMS for Erf 308, Parel Vallei, to permit the relaxation of the 4,5m street building line (Aberdeen Road) to 1,995m for a braai room, as reflected on plan no Hse Moore_2023_B_1.00 rev B dd 2023/03/31 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
b. The application for regulation departure from the DMS for Erf 308, Parel Vallei, to permit the relaxation of the 3m common building line (adjoining Erf 307) to 0,9m for an outbuilding to be used for Home Occupation purposes, as reflected on plan no Hse Moore_2023_B_1.00 rev B dd 2023/03/31 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
c. The application for regulation departure from the DMS Regulation for Erf 308, Parel Vallei, to permit the relaxation of the 3m common building line (adjoining Erf 307) to 0,05m for a wendyhouse of ±13,6m2 (storage), as reflected on plan no Hse Moore_2023_B_1.00 rev B dd 2023/03/31 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
d. The application for regulation departure from the DMS for Erf 308, Parel Vallei, to permit the relaxation of the 3m common building line (adjoining Erf 309) to 0m for additions to the main dwelling (solarium), as reflected on plan no Hse Moore_2023_B_1.00 rev B dd 2023/03/31 BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015
