An administrative penalty in the amount of R1 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 179789 Cape Town at Newlands regarding the unauthorised garage as shown on the plans drawn by Striate, with drawing numbers D1-100 & D1-101, both revision A, both dated 11-07-2023.
