That an administrative penalty in the amount of R7 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 76103 Cape Town at Southfield, for the unauthorised place of instruction in the form of an Early Childhood Development Centre and the related building work.
