RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:
That an administrative penalty in the amount of R10 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of Erf 8372 Fish Hoek with regard to the unauthorised additions as shown on plans drawn by Chelsea Pedersen Architecture, with drawing number 2206-01-110C, dated 23 May 2023.
