An administrative penalty in the amount of R3 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 in respect of the unauthorized building work on Erf 848 Scaborough, as shown on the plans drawn by Julie Phillips, with drawing numbers 22/04/01, 22/04/02, 22/04/03 and 22/04/04, all dated October 2022.
