RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application for relaxation of a restrictive title deed condition for Erf 418 Bergvliet, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
b. The application for consent in terms of Item 21(c) of the Development Management Scheme to permit Erf 418 Bergvliet to be used as a place of instruction, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions contained in Annexure A.
c. The application for a departure for Erf 418 Bergvliet, as set out in Annexure A, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
