Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for the subdivision of Erf 1163 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per plan of subdivision LUM/16/1163, subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A.

b. The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1163 Constantia, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

3.2 Environmental Management

3.2.2 A Landscape Plan must be provided prior to building plan approval for any new structures on Portion 1, indicating new tree planting to aid in screening, reducing visual impact and improved contextual fit of any new development on the site, for the approval of Director: Environmental Management.
