Resolution details

RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:

a. The application for subdivision of Erf 1975 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, as per the plan of subdivision LUM/33/1975, subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.

b. The application for a departure, as set out in Annexure A, for Erf 1975 Hout Bay, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.

Amended Conditions

3.3. That the development be generally in accordance with the plans contained in Annexure D and the floor space of each portion shall not exceed 500m2.
