RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:

a. An administrative penalty in the amount of R5 000.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of Erf 40068, Cape Town, concerning the unauthorised building work in the form of a second and third dwelling unit as shown on the plan with drawing no. 01, dated July 2023.

b. An administrative penalty in the amount of R1 500.00 BE DETERMINED in terms of Section 129 of the City of Cape Town Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in respect of Erf 40068, Cape Town, concerning the unauthorised land use in the form of a house shop as shown on the plan with drawing no. 01, dated July 2023.
