RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The application in respect of Erf 1513, Kuilsrivier for consent use to allow construction of a freestanding base telecommunication station on the property, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions attached as Annexure A.
b. The application for permanent departure in respect of Erf 1513, Kuilsrivier to allow the construction of the freestanding base telecommunication station on the north western common boundary in lieu of 5m, BE APPROVED in term of Section 98(b)of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, subject to conditions attached as Annexure A.
