The application for a temporary land use departure in terms of Section 42(c) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015, in order to permit an off-sales liquor outlet to be operated from Erf 3444, 44 Jan van Riebeeck Avenue, Ruyterwacht, BE REFUSED in terms of Section 98 (c ) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015.
