That the application in respect of Erf 19958, Goodwood for permanent departure from Item 22(c)(ii) of the DMS from the 4m height within the 3m common boundary setback to 6.9m to permit first floor main dwelling additions, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-law, 2015, in accordance with the plan attached as Annexure B.
