RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY:

a. The consolidation of erven 5715 and 5716, Brackenfell, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended), in accordance with consolidation plan no BRACK5715-6/CONSOLIDATION/SEP2022/1 (attached as Annexure C), and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A;

b. The rezoning of the consolidated erven 5715 and 5716, Brackenfell, from Single Residential Zoning 1: Conventional Housing (SR1) to General Residential Subzone 1 (GR1) BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended), and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A;

c. The subdivision of the consolidated erven 5715 and 5716, Brackenfell, to create six (6) group housing erven (Portions 1-6) ranging from 253m² to 327m² in extent, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended), in accordance with subdivision plan no BRACK5715-6/SUBDIVISION/SEP2022/1 (attached as Annexure C), and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A;

d. The permanent departures to permit the relaxation of the 3.0m common building lines (adjacent to erven 5714 and 6497, Bracknell) to 1.9m to accommodate the proposed dwelling units on Portions 1 and 6, resulting from the subdivision of consolidated erven 5715 and 5716, Brackenfell, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended), in accordance with the site development plan no 00-005, attached as Annexure D, and subject to the conditions contained in Annexure A; and

e. The site development plan in respect of newly created Portions 1-6, resulting from the subdivision of consolidated erven 5715 and 5716, Brackenfell, BE APPROVED, in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) in accordance with site development plan no 00-005 and landscaping plan no LA-MS/100/0, attached as Annexure D.
