RESOLVED UNANIMOUSLY that:
a. The amendment of condition 1 as per the approval dated 20 April 2006 to permit 11 parking bays in lieu of 18 parking bays with respect to erf 1787 Fisantekraal, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A; and
b. The amendment of condition 1 as per the approval dated 20 April 2006 to permit the building to be positioned at 0m in lieu of 4.5m from the western lateral boundary with respect to erf 1787 Fisantekraal, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.
c. The permanent departure to permit the building placement at 0,0m in lieu of 3.0m from the common boundaries on erf 1787 Fisantekraal, BE APPROVED in terms of section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 (as amended) subject to the conditions set out in Annexure A.

1.1. Amendment of condition 1 of the approval dated 20 April 2006 (file reference 18/6/4/23) to permit the following with respect to Erf 1787 Fisantekraal:
a) Building placement at 0m in lieu of 4.5m from the western lateral boundary as per Annexure C; and
1.2. Permanent departure in terms of item 68(d) of the DMS to permit the building placement at 0.0m in lieu of 3.0m from the common boundaries.

The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons as set out in Planner’s report
