a. The application for Permanent Departures, as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Remainder of erf 166 Sea Point East, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in attached Annexure A.
b. The application for City Approval, as set out in Annexure A, in respect of Remainder of erf 166 Sea Point East, BE APPROVED in terms of Section 98(b) of the Municipal Planning By-Law, 2015 subject to conditions contained in attached Annexure A.
REASONS FOR DECISION
The MPT APPROVED the application for the reasons set out in the Planner’s Report

Correct condition 1.1.1 as follows:
1.1.1 Item 136B (a): To permit a street boundary wall to be 2.2 m in height in lieu of 2.0m (Mutley Road)
Correct condition 1.1.2 as follows:
1.1.2 Item 136B(c): To permit visual permeability to be 0% in lieu of 25% along a public street facing boundary wall (Mutley Road)
